If you already have your knowledge base with other providers, you don't have to pay any monthly fee, since you will be charged per resolution, ensuring you’re charged only when the Agent delivers value. If you don’t have a Wiki and need to create one, there’s a small monthly fee, to support the creation and hosting of your knowledge base.

A resolution is recorded when the customer either indicates satisfaction after the final AI response in a conversation or leaves the interaction without seeking further assistance. You will only be billed once per conversation, so, if the user asked multiple questions in the same conversation, you will still be charged only once.

Our Agent is specifically trained to learn exclusively from your data. For each query, it performs a search within a vector database containing the articles you've provided. If no relevant article is found, the system bypasses the LLM and automatically informs the user that no answer is available. The query is then escalated to human support (or your ticketing system), and you are notified. This process ensures the Agent avoids hallucinations, a common challenge with LLMs.
